Dear all,
Please find attached the ASD Position Paper on the EU Critical Raw Materials Act, adopted at the DBU meeting last week, and signed by Jan Pie on June 8.
Given the rapid development of negotiations in the Council under the Swedish Presidency, who aims for an agreement (Common Approach) among member states by the end of the month, with an agreed draft mid-June, we call on you to rapidly make use of this paper as you interact with your relevant national authorities to advance the common ASD position.
This document will also be uploaded to the EC feedback webpage about the CRM Act and sent to relevant stakeholders in the key EU intuitions.
