Company Description

EL.YN. A.B.E.E. was founded in 1982 in the area of ​​Grevena in Northern Greece and engaged in the manufacture of agricultural machinery and spare parts. In 1989 it became a Public Company and in the year 1991 it settled in privately owned modern facilities in its current location, expanding its production capabilities to special industrial applications.

Also in the same year the company invested in modern mechanical equipment in order to expand its activities in order to increase its production capabilities beyond the existing ones.

The result of this modernization is the establishment of cooperation since 1995 with PPC SA. in branches of manufacturing forgings and other spare parts for Steam Power Stations, but mainly for the mines of the Lignite Centers of Ptolemaida and Megalopolis.

This collaboration and the demands that have been made, gave the impetus for the continuous improvement of the quality of the products, the appropriate selection of high-quality raw materials and the continuous quality controls.

In addition, since 1998 as a main manufacturer or as a subcontractor it has been manufacturing forged steel tank crawler parts for the needs of the Ministry of National Defense as well as for NSPA/NLSE (as a NATO Certified Supplier with NCAGE code G0528).
