Velos Rotors was established in 2014 in the USA and constitutes an innovative company that is active in the field of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs). Our company currently maintains offices in both the USA and Greece (since 2021) and, thus far, it has sold hundreds of units in more than 20 countries, such as the USA, the UK, Norway, Austria, Germany, Malaysia, Singapore, South Korea and Australia. The values that epitomize our company’s philosophy are: Teamwork, Efficiency and Innovation. Velos Rotors takes pride in having come up with the Velos V3 UAV: a dual-use (military & commercial), fully patented, fully redundant, twin-engine electric helicopter, the applicability of which is exceptionally wide. More specifically, our market focus is threefold; Aerial mapping, Critical cargo transportation and Intelligence, Surveillance & Reconnaissance. Velos V3 can achieve a maximum of 90 minutes of flight time, a feature that ranks it the best in the 55lbs/25kg class, while its payload capacity to UAV size ratio represents the highest level of efficiency in the business. Some of its additional key features are: Automatic take-off/landing/missions, Preparation/Deployment in less than 10 minutes, Navigation in GPS-denied environment and Resilient to sea-water environment, extreme temperatures/wind gusts and, generally, severe weather conditions.
