GICAN is organizing the French-Greek Security Workshop on December 14 and 15, in partnership with the French Embassy in Greece, DCIS and SEKPY. These two days will be dedicated to strengthening bilateral industrial and commercial relations between France and Greece in the field of security in the broadest sense: government action at sea, security of critical installations, border security, cybersecurity and UAVs. The event will provide an opportunity to meet ministerial authorities, decision-makers and Greek companies, as well as to hold business meetings.
Greece, located in the extreme south-east of Europe, is today a major maritime power. With the 12th longest coastline in the world and over 200 populated islands, the Hellenic Republic also carries weight on the international scene thanks to its merchant navy, the world’s 1st largest fleet. Given Greece’s geostrategic position, security issues are of particular importance, as recent events have shown.
You will find attached the detailed program of the event (subject to modifications).
You can register for this event before October 31, 2023 by filling in the attached participation form and returning it signed to Julie FIEVET’s address : julie.fievet@gican.asso.fr
Wishing you a good day.
Best regards
